Educational Qualifications

• IT: BE/ B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg) Degree in Computer Science / IT with 60% marks.

• Finance and Accounts / Senior Accounts Officer: CA / CMA (OR) Degree in Commerce with 02 years MBA or equivalent.

• HR & Administration: Degree in any discipline and 02 Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Business Administration / Business Management with Specialization in Personnel Management / HRM / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare with 60% marks.

• Civil: B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg) in Civil Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

• Project Monitoring: B.E/ B. Tech in any discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. 02 years full-time MBA / PGDM (Marketing or Finance or combination of both/ Power Management/ Strategic Management/ Corporate Strategy).

• Electrical: B.E/B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engg) in Electrical Engineering including with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

• Corporate Communication: Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Communication/ Advertising and Communication Management/ Public Relations/ Marketing/ Mass communication/Journalism with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

• Corporate Monitoring: B.E/ B. Tech/ B.SC (Engg) in any discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. Two years full-time MBA/PGDM (Marketing or Finance or combination of both/ Power Management/ Strategic Management/ Corporate Strategy).

• Power System: BE/ B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg) Degree in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA on a point scale.

• Junior Accountant: The candidate should be an Associate Member of the Company Secretary of India (ACS). A Master / Graduate Degree in Law is desirable.

• Supervisor (Personnel & Administration): Graduate with 55% marks and two years Post Graduate Diploma in Personal Management & / or Industrial Relations / Labour Laws/ Human Resource Management with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.

• Supervisor (Civil): 03 years Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

• Deputy General Manager: 45 years
• Deputy Manager: 35 years
• Senior Officer: 28 years
• Senior Accounts Officer: 28 years
• Senior Engineer: 28 years
