Educational Qualifications

• Materials:

(1) Regular full-time 4-year BE / B Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engineering/ Petrochemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering. (OR)
(2) Regular and full-time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Chemical / Petrochemical /Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation must be mentioned in the degree along with other allied subjects, if any. (OR)
(3) 03 years regular and full-time BE / B Tech. Engineering Graduate in Chemical Engineering/ Petrochemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering.
(4) The candidates should have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate in the Final Year of Engineering Graduation (55% for SC/ST category candidates).

• Law:

(1) 3 years Graduation with regular and full-time Degree in Law. (OR) A Law Graduate who has passed 5 years of regular and full-time integrated Law courses.
(2) Regular and full-time Master's degree in Law (LLM).
(3) Minimum Percentage: The candidate should have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate in the Final Year of Master’s Degree (LLM).

Age Limit

• 27 years for the Unreserved (UR) / General category.
• 30 years for OBC Category – 30 years.
• Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
• Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rules Regulation.
• All Indian candidates can apply

RCFL Recruitment Management Trainees' Salary

• E1 Grade in the scale of pay of ₹ 40,000 - 140000/-
• The minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments would include Basic Pay + VDA (32.5%) + Perks (34%) + HRA (27% for class A cities/applicable rates for other places) and other allowances which works out to ₹ 77,400/- approximately.

Selection Process

• The selection process takes place in 2 stages as follows: 
  • Computer Based Online Test (Objective Type)- 80%
  • Personal Interview- 20%
