Educational Qualifications

• Pharmacist: Minimum Matric with 12th Class Passed in Science Examination under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha / equivalent. Diploma in Pharmacy / B.Pharm.
• MPHW: +2 Pass in Science Examination under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha / equivalent with Diploma in Pharmacy..

Age Limit

• Minimum 18 years and Maximum 38 years as of 1st January 2023.
• The Upper Age Relaxation - 05 years for SC / ST / SEBC / Women and 10 years for PwD.
• All Indian candidates can apply 
• Gender - Male/Female
