NF Railway Apprentice Age Limit as on 01/04/2022

• Minimum Age : 15 Years
• Maximum Age for UR : 24 Years 
• SC/ST : 5 Years Relaxation on upper age
• OBC : 3 Years Relaxation
• PWD :  10 Years Relaxation
• Ex SM : 3 Years Relaxation
• Age Relaxation Extra as per the apprentice act (ref pg 7 of detailed Notification)

Fiter , Welder (G&E), Electrician , Carpenter, Disel Mechanic, Machinist, Painter, Turner, Refrigerator & AC Mechanic, Electronics,  Mechanic, Masion , Plumber, Lineman , Information Technology and Electronic System Maintenance.

 Northeast Frontier Apprentice Minimum Education Qualification

1. The Candidate must have Passed 10th class Examination or its equivalent from recognised Board
2. Scored Atleast 50 % marks in 10th Class
3. Possess National Trade Certificate(ITI) in notified trade issued by National Council for Vocational Training/State Council for Vocational Training
4. Candidates should have all the prescribed qualification on the date of issue of notification.

Mode Of Selection

1. Selection will be on the basis of Merit list
2. Merit List shall be prepared on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in Matriculation+ ITI marks in Trade in which apprenticeship is to be done
3. Stipend will be provided (as per apprenticeship act 1961) during the period of training.

• SSC Marksheet and Passing Certificate
• Certificate Proof of Date of Birth
• Marksheets of all Semester of trade in which applied/ITI , National Trade certificates
• Caste Certificates of SC/ST/OBC candidates( if applicable)
• Disability Certificate ( if applicable)
