Educational Qualifications

• Assistant Manager (General): Master’s Degree in any discipline, Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university, Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAI / ACMA / FCMA / ICMAI / ACS / FCS. No experience is required.
• Assistant Manager (Risk Management): Full-time Master’s degree in Business administration or equivalent with specialization in
  Finance / ACA / FCA / CFA. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience
• Assistant Manager (Investment and Research): Full-time Master’s degree in Business administration or equivalent with specialization in Finance / ACA / FCA from ICAI / CFA Institute. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
•  Manager (Risk Management): Full-time Master’s degree in Business administration or equivalent with specialization in Finance / Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAI / CFA. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Manager (F&A): Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from ICAI. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience. 

Age Limit

• Not exceeding 30 years for Group A and Group B posts.
• Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rules Regulation.
• All Indian candidates can apply

• Grade B (Manager): ₹ 55200 - 2850 (9) - 80850 - EB - 2850(2) - 86550 - 3300 (4) - 99750 (16 years)

• The selection process takes place in 3 stages as follows:
  • Online Examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each
  • Online Examination consisting of two papers of 100 marks each
  • Interview
