Educational Qualifications

• Deputy Director: 2nd Class Master’s Degree in any subject. Officers holding analogous posts. Experience in Organizing Training Programmes/ Seminars/ Workshops/ Conferences.
• Assistant Director (Administration): 2nd class Master’s Degree in any subject with at least 55% marks. 5 years of regular service on a scale of Level-11. Knowledge of computer operations. Experience in the organization of Seminars, Conferences, and Orientation programs for key personnel. Working knowledge of Hindi/English.
• Academic Officer: At least second-class Bachelor’s Degree. At least 5 years of regular and continuous service on a scale of level 10. Organization of Seminars, Conferences, and Liaisons with various Government/Non-Government Agencies. Working knowledge of Hindi/English. Working knowledge of computer operations.
• Section Officer: Second Class Graduate. At least 5 years of regular continuous service on a scale of Level-6. Knowledge of Central Government Office Procedures, Service Rules, and Financial Rules. Knowledge of computer operations.
• Public Relations Officer: Master’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject with at least 55% marks. Working knowledge of Computer Operations. Working knowledge of English and Hindi.
• EDP Supervisor: Bachelor’s degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application/ Hardware Engineering or its equivalent. 3 years of experience in programming and system development in reputed big firms.
•  Graphic Artist: 2nd class Graduate with Diploma in Fine Arts. Certificate in Multimedia. Proficiency in computer Animation/ Preparation of Multimedia Packages. Working knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Junior Engineer (Electrical): 03 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 03 years of professional experience. Working knowledge of English and Hindi. Working knowledge of Computer Operations.
•  Assistant: Senior Secondary (Matrics with 12th Class Pass). Proficiency in-office procedures, noting, drafting, and knowledge of Government Rules and Regulations. Working on a computer with a speed of not less than 8000 key depression per hour. Working knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Stenographer: Senior Secondary. Certificate/Diploma in Secretarial Practice. Speed in shorthand in English/Hindi @80 w.p.m. with a computer speed of 8000 key depressions per hour.
•  Junior Assistant: Senior Secondary. Working on computers with a speed of no less than 6000 key depressions per hour. Working knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Primary School / Matriculation Pass.

• Assistant Director (Administration): Below 37 years
• Academic Officer: Below 37 years
