IGNOU Non-teaching positions, namely Junior Assistant cum Typist (JAT) and Stenographer Recruitment PostNotification 2023

Educational Qualifications

• Junior Assistant cum Typist:

  (1) Matriculation with 12th class Pass (10+2) or equivalent.
  (2) Typing test with a speed of 40 w.p.m. in English or 35 w.p.m. in Hindi on a Computer.
  (3) Desirable: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

•  Stenographer:

  (1) 10+2 or equivalent
  (2) Typing test with a speed of 40 w.p.m. in English or 35 w.p.m. in Hindi on a Computer.
  (3) Shorthand Test @ 80 w.p.m.
  (4) Desirable: A bachelor’s degree. Knowledge of Computers.

Age Limit

• Junior Assistant cum Typist: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years
• Stenographer: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years
• Upper Age Relaxation: 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC (NCL) and 10 years for PwBD.
• Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rules Regulation.
• All Indian candidates can apply 
• Gender - Male/Female
