IOB Security Guard Age Limit as on 01/05/2022

• Minimum Age : 18 Years.
• Maximum Age UR : 26 Years+ Actual Service rendered in defense Forces+ 3 years subject to max age limit of 45 years
• Maximum Age SC/ST: 26 Years+ 5 Years+Actual Service rendered in defense Forces+3 years subject to max age limit of 45 years
• Maximum Age OBC: 26 Years+ 3 Years+Actual Service rendered in defense Forces+3 years subject to max age limit of 45 years

IOB Security Guard Educational Qualification & Other Criteria

• Candidates must have Passed 10th std or equivalent
• Should NOT have Passed Graduate or its Equivqlent
• Should be able to Speak, Read, Write local vernacular language
• Only Ex Servicemen candidate can apply for SG
• Only Permenant resident of state Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply
• Theres no application Fees

IOB SG Selection Procedure

The Mode Of Selection will be

1. Objective Type Test- Online
2. Physical Fitness- One attempt only
3. Medical Examination
4. Document Verification

IOB Security Guard Job Profile

1. Perform Security Guard Duties (Maintain safety and Security in Bank Premises)
2. Operating electronic gadgets like Alarm System , CCTV, X Ray Machine, Metal Detectors
3. Maintenance and operation of Fire Alarm System and Fire fighting equipments
4. Work in Shifts including Night Shifts
5. To perform other routine duties of subordinate cadre (details of duties refer notification)

• Fill in all the required details in application
• Upload Photograph and Signature (Refer annexure I for details)
• After filling appropriate details Click Submit button at the end of Online application
• Before Clicking the Submit Button verify the details by clicking RECHECK button
• On sucessfull submission of application an acknowledgement  with the registration no.will generate Kindly Preserve this for future reference
• Candidates are required to Upload Scanned copy of revelent documents( follow Guidelines in annexure I )
• Finally take Printout of application.
