Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have a Degree and postgraduate degree from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution.
- Operations: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mining, Metallurgical, or Production Engineering. Diploma holders in the above disciplines can also apply.
- Maintenance: Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. Diploma holders in the above disciplines can also apply.
- Materials Management: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with at least two years MBA/PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Materials Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or International Trade.
- Finance & Accounts: For Entry level of E-0/E-1 - CA/ ICMA/ MBA(Finance). For other posts, i.e., E-2 Associate Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or ICMA or MBA with Finance.
- Personnel & Administration: Graduate in any discipline with Two years MBA or PGDBA having specialization in Human Resources Management OR Post Graduate Degree in Labour and Social Welfare or two years Diploma in Personnel Management, MA in Sociology. A degree in law will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Executive: Post-qualification experience of 1 year & above.
- Junior Manager: Post-qualification experience of 1 year & above.
- Assistant Manager: Post qualification experience of 1 year & above.
Age Limit
- Executive: Below 28 years
- Junior Manager: Below 30 years
- Assistant Manager: Below 34 years
