Educational Qualifications

• Senior Manager (Finance): Graduate with CA or ICWA with a minimum of 12 years of post-professional qualification executive experience.
• Deputy Manager (Finance): Graduate with CA ICWA with a minimum of 08 Years Post professional qualification executive experience.
• Deputy General Manager (Technical): Full-time Degree in Engineering with 16 years post-qualification with relevant Executive Experience.
• Chief Manager (Chemical): Full-time B.E/ B.Tech Degree in Chemical Engineering with 4 years post qualification relevant executive experience.
• Chief Manager (Instrumentation): Full-time B.E./ B.Tech Degree in Instrumentation /Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Comm./ Electronics & Telecomm. with minimum 14 years post qualification with relevant experience.
• Manager (Safety): Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology (preferably Chemical engineering) with a degree/ diploma in industrial safety.
• Engineer (Chemical): Full-time B.E/B.Tech Degree in Chemical Engineering with 03 years of post-qualification executive experience.
• Engineer (BOE): Full-time B E/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engineering)/ AIMIE in any discipline. A BOE (Boiler Operations Engineer) certificate is essential. 03 years post professional qualification Executive experience.

Age Limit

• Senior Manager: 51 years
• Deputy Manager: 48 years
• Deputy General Manager: 53 years
• Chief Manager: 52 years
• Manager: 50 years
• Engineer: 40 years
• Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rules Regulation.

• Deputy Manager:  ₹ 24,900 - 3% - 50,500/- (Minimum gross pay ₹ 88,500/- Approx.)
• Deputy General Manager: ₹ 43,200 - 3% - 66,000/- (Minimum gross pay ₹ 1,52,000/- Approx.)
• Chief Manager: ₹ 36,600 - 3% - 62,000/- (Minimum gross pay ₹ 1,29,000/- Approx.)
• Manager: ₹ 29,100 - 10% - 54,500/- (Minimum gross pay ₹ 1,03,000/- Approx.)
• Engineer: ₹ 16,400 - 3% - 40,500/- (Minimum gross pay ₹ 58,500/- Approx.)
