In 1985, Reggie was a thirteen-year-old girl studying in high school. The people are afraid of a serial killer, Neptune. He is very brutal who does not before killing. Neptune’s only was to kidnap the women and killed them. After five days of kidnapped, he displays bodies in the town and hands in front of the police department. Everyone is worried and feared to go outside and police are failed to arrest him. Reggie mother’s Vera is kidnapped by Neptune, soon she will die and her dead body will display in the two after five days. The little girl did not know what to do but now she is waiting for her mother’s dead body. Vera’s hands are showed up in front of the door and that’s the last thing which confirms the death of her mother but there was nobody and Neptune disappears. After twenty-five years, Reggie is a successful architect and she moves over from her terrible memories. One day she receives a call from a stranger who told Reggie that her mother is alive. She has to make a quick decision otherwise she will be lost the chance of recovering her mother.
