Not only the president but the next four in line for the office of President. Who and why? Is there an elected official in our government that wants to be president and will gladly kill to reach that office? What is a wonder also, is someone then killing the killers? All or murdered with-n a short time of each other. Does one president die from a heart attack? Cross’s wife, Chief of Detectives of D.C. Metro is told to stand down and let the fed’s work the murder of the president. Why? Is there someone within the FBI that wants to keep all outside investigators away. Read this fast moving novel and learn just what happens to all who dare step in to help. The characters are amazing and the plot is well thought out. The chemistry between them is strong and tangible. We would highly recommend this book for anyone who is interested in suspense books.
