Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited Recruitment for Supervisor Trainee Posts
Educational Qualifications
- Supervisor Trainee (Mechanical): Full-time Regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Supervisor Trainee (Civil): Full-time regular Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Supervisor Trainee (HR): Full-time regular Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Social Work or Business Management or BBS or BMS.
- For the above qualifications, a minimum of 65% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate for all years/semesters is required (with a relaxation to 60% for SC/ST candidates).
Age Limit
- Supervisor Trainee: 27 years
- Supervisor Trainee (HR): 29 years
- Age Relaxation - 05 years for SC / ST and 03 years for OBC (NCL).
- Age relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
- Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rules Regulation.
- All Indian candidates can apply
- Gender - Male/Female

BHEL Recruitment Supervisor Trainee Salary
- Throughout the training period, they will receive a basic pay of ₹ 32,000/- within the pay scale of ₹ 32,000 - 1,00,000/-.
- Upon successful completion of their training, the trainees will be appointed as Supervisors with a basic pay of ₹ 33,500/- within the pay scale of ₹ 33,500-1,20,000/-.

- The selection process takes place in 2 stages as follows:

- Document Verification.
