Vacancy Details- Total 55

Details of Vacancies : 55 Vacancies will be filled as per the operational requirement at

Delhi, Mumbai , Banglore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Guwahati, Dibrugarh.

Candidates have to apply for TWO PREFFERED BASES ONLY. Final base allocation will be done as per company / operational requirement.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualification

Education & Experience; 10+2 from a recognized Board/University. Candidates having three years Degree / Diploma Holder in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from a Government recognized Institute will be given preference.

Experienced Cabin Crew holding recency in licence in a Commercial Airline with 1 year as a Sr. Cabin Crew will be preferred 

Language:- Fluency in Hindi and English. Should also have working knowledge of Hindi.

Marital Status : Unmarried / Married

Physical and Medical Standards:

 For Detailed Vision , Speech , Cosmetic appearance & Other medical standards and relaxation refer notification

Selection Procedure

• Selection Process would be based on AAAL Guidelines. Eligible candidates would be required to go through a Personality Assessment test (PAT) at the venues decided by Alliance Air Aviation Limited.
• Training : Selected Candidates will be imparted training at Delhi or at any other place decided by the Company and will be required to obtain necessary DGCA approval on Alliance Air fleet as decided by the Management from time to time. During training base allocated will be Delhi only
• Period of Fixed Term Engagement : Candidates will be engaged on a Fixed Term Employment Agreement initially for a period of five years, which is extendable subject to performance of the Candidate and the Company’s requirement.
• Stipend and Salary : During the period of training, the candidates will be given a stipend of Rs.15,000/-per month. After successful completion of the training ,candidates may initially draw Rs 39,475/- per month (under revision)

Eligible candidates would be required to bring photocopies of testimonials in support of their Date of Birth, Qualification, Experience, Caste and Medical Certificate(s) along with Originals. Candidates would also be required to bring Demand Draft (if applicable) & domicile proof (if claiming relaxation in height) at the time of appearing for selection exercise.
